Kuclueb currently provides shipping services within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States cannot be processed.

If Kuclueb introduces international shipping services in the future, the applicable shipping methods, delivery times, fees, and customs requirements will be updated accordingly.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

1–3 business days

During the order processing period, we will verify order information, prepare products, and arrange shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

To ensure efficient order handling, Kuclueb follows the order cut-off time below:

Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (Eastern Time, ET)

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days will begin processing on the same business day.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed on the following business day.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

The order cut-off time helps us organize inventory preparation and shipping arrangements efficiently.

4. Shipping Method

All Kuclueb orders are shipped using:

Shipping Carrier: FedEx

FedEx provides reliable delivery services with tracking information available after shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor your package delivery status.

5. Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days

Delivery time includes the shipping period after the order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as:

While we work to ensure timely delivery, Kuclueb cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors outside of our control.

6. Shipping Fees

Kuclueb provides shipping options based on your order amount:

• Free Shipping: Orders of $30.00 or more qualify for free shipping.

• Standard Shipping Fee: Orders under $30.00 will be charged a shipping fee of $5.99.

The applicable shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the carrier receives your package.

For orders shipped within the United States:

• Customers are not required to pay international customs duties or import taxes.

• Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed during checkout according to applicable regulations.

Kuclueb does not currently provide international shipping services.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country will be the responsibility of the recipient.
